Host a 90-Minute Event

The program is designed to be a two-part, 90-minute experience; 45-minute film followed by 45-minute discussion. This film is not available for public streaming beyond specific Tell My Story events.

PART 1 – The Film

“What I Wish My Parents Knew” is a 45-minute film that explores the inner struggle of children battling depression and anxiety in silence. 10 youth bravely share their pain living in crisis and express their feelings what they wish their families would have known.

PART 2 – Discussion / Q&A

A a 45-minute in-depth discussion facilitated by a mental health professional. This session provides an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, share their struggles, and gain insights on supporting youth mental well-being.
